Getting to DFH
You can reach us by train (Deutsche Bahn, S-Bahn, U-Bahn). We’re located a short walk of around three
minutes from Central Station. If you’re driving, there’s a limited number of parking spaces available in our
underground parking garage upon request.
The directions will show you how to get here in detail. Please be aware that you cannot enter the city of Stuttgart by
car without a valid environmental sticker.

ARE was founded in 2012 and, from 2016 to 2020, operated as the central property management group of Ernst Russ AG. ARE has been a DFH subsidiary since July 2020.
Getting to ARE
You can reach us via U-Bahn (Line 7, Frechen-Zündorf). Simply disembark at the Stüttgenhof stop. It’s a walk of around 600 meters from the Stüttgenhof stop to Jakob-Kaiser-Strasse 13.
